Hampton Inn Atlanta/Lawrenceville/Gwinnett County

We had a great stay there. Very good southern breakfast. We loved it.

My check in was delayed because the computer was down upon arrival. As i was checking in at 2 am this was frustrating but resolved once the computer system was restored. I appreciated the breakfast buffet bit the dark roast coffee was weak. Had he coffee been good I’d say breakfast was excellent.

Checked in first room the TV did not work. My room was switched to a room with rust on the floor of the tub. Breakfast I saw mold on one slice of bread, on an other day I saw mold on a English muffin, which I disposed. Exterior ash trays were over flowing and never emptied, during my stay. At the front entrance next the public trash can a box of wine was placed this was observed the morning before I checked out and was not removed by the next morning at my check out.

We stayed in the room 118 on Memorial day. The room is very clean but the bathroom spout faucet is broke that means when we lifted it up ONLY less haff the water go to the shower the rest go down the tub. Another problem is when you lifted the drain lid it will go down right away. Do not book room 118 till they fix that problems.

Actual rooms were wonderful. Both downstairs bathrooms had doors that would not close at all. The men’s room was filthy. The breakfast was wonderful with an amazing server.

Each day a wonderful breakfast was served. Rooms were replenished on schedule. Hosts and hostesses were friendly and helpful.

Found a butter wrapper with residual in refrigerator. A clipped toe nail on floor. Did sleep great, staff very friendly, breakfast was good. Great shower, a very comfortable stay. I would stay there again.

Our car was damaged in the parking lot of this hotel and the manager would not let the Police Officer view the security cameras for his investigation. I would not recommend anyone staying here because if your vehicle is damaged, you will experience the same situation as we did! This was not our fault. We had to file under our insurance policy and pay hundred of dollars out of our pocket, which may have been avoided if the manager would have allowed the Police Officer to view the security cameras. We will not stay here again. Poor customer service on hotel management.
