Hotel Villas Tiburon

First we had very bad luck due to a storm that left a lot of SARGASUM on the hotel beach, which made it impossible to enjoy the facilities on the seashore. Everything was dirty and the bad smell was unbearable. We had to go to other hotels and pay to use the beach club. We spoke with the administration people about the issue of sargassum and not being able to use the beach and there was no compensation for the extra expenses. Not even a discount at the hotel bar, at least to be at the pool, since it was impossible on the beach. It is very frustrating to pay for a hotel on the seashore and not be able to use it, the value you pay is much higher than a hotel in the center. They really don't care that guests feel comfortable or well cared for. Another important point that has nothing to do with sargassum is the beds. It has a mattress so hard that you cannot rest and the pillows are very flat. I couldn't rest well for a single day. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel, but I think it will be the last. There were 5 days in which I didn't want to rest well, I couldn't enjoy the beach and I also spent much more money than I imagined.
