The residence is very well located, with quick access to the U Express, as well as a shopping mall (pharmacy, McDonald's, etc.).
It's easy to get to the beach and the town center of Grau du Roi.
The apartments are great, with a small outdoor space.

It's very run down and not exactly clean, and doesn't look like the online photos, which is a shame.
Very well located, nice pool.
Bar and restaurant by reservation only, which is a shame... external service provider, I should add. Breakfast is good for the price.

Very well located but very dirty!
A big lack of cleaning, a good renovation would do the apartment a lot of good.
Also dangerous, my son opened his head with the coffee table... shall I continue? Sheet does not fit the size of the bed and duvet does not even wash. The two butcher sinks...awesome! Behind the radiators cigarettes mix with dust... disgusting.
For my part, a place to avoid.

Good stay but lack of cleanliness in the accommodation. We had to unclog the kitchen drain or we found a pickle the terrace was dirty we had to clean it to make it clean. And there was sand in the apartment.

Where do I even begin…This was one of the worst apartment I’ve ever booked. As soon as you walk in, the smell of urine and the sight of the dirty walls, floors, and couch catches your eyes and your smell immediately. The couch had tons of dark stains, who knows what that could’ve been. When we walked in to the bedroom, there was no sheets and you had to put them on yourself. The bathroom smelled disgusting. It really looks like this apartment hasn’t been cleaned in years. The kitchen does come with plates and utensils but there is no dish soap, nor a sponge to clean after yourself…how do you expect the guest to clean if there is nothing of that sort provided. The pictures posted that advertise this place are inaccurate. In short- this place is horrendous and really looks nothing like the pictures. Completely misleading. The pictures of the pool that they posted makes it look like a nice place to stay but I promise you it is nothing like that. Besides the accommodation, there is nothing around the area. Entering the place is extremely difficult for no reason. No one responds, the only way we got in to the gate was by following another resident that went in. We payed for one night but we decided to leave after 2 hours because we couldn’t stay in that place. If i could give it negative stars, I would. This place doesn’t even deserve a star; i’m not sure how it has 3 stars. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT DO NOT STAY HERE.

NE VOUS FAITES PAS AVOIR!! Cet établissement ne ressemble en rien aux photos! Nous sommes arrivés dans notre chambre et nous étions en état de choc face à tant de saleté! La douche est couverte de moissisures, les matelas sont vieux et tachés, le mobilier tombe en pièce, des épaves de voiture sont abandonnées dans le parking, le tout sans aucune climatisation. La seule chose pour nous rafraîchir était un ventilateur qui date des années Ronald Reagan et qui était couvert de poussière, dégeulasse! Après seulement deux minutes dans l'appartement, nous avons décidé de partir le lendemain matin, et on a eu droit à aucun remboursement. Passez votre chemin, c'est honnêtement mieux de dormir dans votre voiture ou à la belle étoile dans une aire de repos.

Nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle dans ce superbe cap camargue ! Le logement était parfaitement conforme à l’annonce, très propre, bien équipé, il ne manquait rien. L’emplacement est idéal : calme mais proche de toutes les commodités, et parfait pour découvrir la région. Nos réceptionniste dont Laura ont été chaleureux, disponible, d'une gentillesse et très attentionné, avec plein de bons conseils sur les activités à faire aux alentours. On s’est tout de suite sentis comme chez nous ! Mention spéciale pour la literie ultra confortable et les petits détails qui font toute la différence bouilloire, grille pain grande télé. On reviendra sans hésiter !
