Phillipe owns the Hotel. He and his staff give outstanding customer experience which leads to great customer service. He is knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. Bedrooms are quite small, but one with a balcony on the 6th floor is just superb. Views are fabulous. Fully recommend this hotel and do talk with Phillipe if you need to know anything about Le Havre.
