I had an incredibly and immensely disappointing and most uncomfortable stay at this hotel. The air conditioner was broken from or before the moment I arrived, and despite repeated promises from the hotel manager to repair it, the staff failed to take any action, which made the room unbearably uncomfortable. We could not even sleep properly for one single minute.
The staff told us we could open the windows for ventilation purpose. However, there are serious safety concerns in the room. The windows are excessively large and left wide open, posing a real danger: the windows are so enormous that even a bed could potentially fall out. This is simply unacceptable and raises major concerns about guest safety.
To top it off, the service attitude was shockingly bad. When I raised these issues with the staff and the manager, they were dismissive and unhelpful, showing no intention of resolving my complaints. Simply speaking, this is not a professional attitude and we were frankly shocked, to such an extent we found this unforgivable and contemptible. We are so sick and tired of staying in this hotel.
In short, this hotel is poorly managed, unsafe, and offers terrible service. I would strongly advise all those looking for a hotel to avoid staying there.
