Hotel Gabriel - Mont Saint-Michel Reviews

Right near Mont StMichel for trips more than once a day. We can go even at night. There is decent breakfast for 12 euros. Helpful staff.

I stayed one night at the Hotel Gabriel. The staff were kind, helpful, and very polite. I had a 5:00 PM check-in (I've never checked in at this time before), but luckily they vacated my room at 3:30 PM. Having paid €155 for one night, I expected breakfast to be included, but no, I had to pay €12.00. This is the first time I've paid for breakfast. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly.

The location is very nice near bus stop and restaurants, price is also nice.

The room is very small. No fridge or safe. You have to pay every time you drive in and out of the area. Very close to mont saint michel with buses every 12 minutes

Very good location to visit Mt ST Michel. Breakfast was good. My room at 2nd floor but no elevator.

Excellent location for visiting Mont Saint Michel with the shuttle bus pickup point within a couple of hundred steps. Rooms are small but functional. Car parking is within the hotel premises and is free. However Entry fees into the hotels zone is 10 euro ( charged as we leave). We went on a day trip at Dinna is charged ( considered as leaving) as well as when we depart on the following day. Restaurants are within walking distance.

Nice hotel next to bus stop for a free Mont Saint Michel shuttle, before crossing a bridge. Spacious room and comfy bed. Breakfast was okay with variety. Note the check out time at 11 a.m. but we can leave our luggages at the hotel.

Within Mt St Michel

We stayed at the hotel for two nights because of its location, walking distance or free shuttle bus to Mont Saint-Michel; the room was clean and adequate, the only set back was no lift to the second floor where we were staying, luckily, we got our son to carry the luggage for us, there were plenty of few restaurants and shops near the hotel Gabriel and other hotels. It was a good place to stay if you want to explore the area properly.

Good location near the shuttle bus stop into Mont St Michel. Staff checked us in very quickly and speak good English. The rooms are garishly coloured and pretty basic. Beds, kettle, some room to hang clothes, clean shower. Ask for rooms facing the back instead of the big carpark. Continental breakfast is 12 euros but you can get cheaper baguettes and croissants from the bakery (average quality) across the road. They have good parking but note that you will need to get the access code from the hotel prior to entering and the cost to park is 10 euros per day.

Very friendly and helpful staff at front desk and they showed us a very tasty restaurant to dine and we went twice. But we were located to a room on 1st floor above the main entrance, it was very noisy all the time when people chatting, smoking, laughing and driving in at the late night.

This hotel is located right in front of the free shuttle bus stop to Mont Saint-Michel. It's close to cafes, souvenir shops, and the embankment overlooking Mont Saint-Michel, making it a great spot for sunset views. The only drawback is the lack of an elevator.

The location is great, and the staff at the counter are friendly. Breakfast includes ham, two kinds of cheese, baguettes, mini croissants, pain au chocolat, tea, coffee, drinks, cereal, fruit (apples, oranges, kiwis), juice, eggs, yogurt... You can't see Mont Saint-Michel, but the view is great.
