酒店前台湘芸服務態度很好，門口停車很方便，地理位置優越，房間乾淨衞生，主要價格不貴，一百多一點就能住一晚還包含早餐，洗衣房烘乾機設施都具備，整體來説酒店環境還不錯，出差入住的首選。

酒店位置優越，交通便利，酒店設施齊全，房間衞生乾淨整潔，住得很舒心，前台人員小王服務很好，很主動熱情，六樓的早餐也不錯，品種很多，個人覺得性價比蠻高的，下次還會選擇這家酒店。

酒店乾淨寬敞明亮，設施方便。服務好的沒話説，熱情效率高，基本有求必應，門口有個超大的停車場，房間獨立空調配備。最主要的是房價特別實惠，還有免費的早餐可享用，住的很滿意，下次還會再來！

環境太差：晚上九點多鐘，有人在唱歌，以為是旁邊房間的人。找來前台人來，她説是三樓的一個屬於娛樂場所發出的，我們也沒辦法，説到11點會停（也該停），我們衹能協調。但11點後也沒停，前台的人去説了？不知！反正歌聲繼續！到了夜裡一點多還有歌聲（衹是小點）。氣的我想打110，但後來想想，有用嗎？它肯定不止一天這樣了。110來又如何？悔的是訂房前應該問問這樓裏有沒有舞廳等娛樂場所！害怕我一夜沒怎麼睡好。千萬記住：訂酒店前一定要問一下週圍環境！

垃圾酒店，快遞都不讓放，外賣也上不來。要自己去拿。一個快遞都拿了幾天和前台説了的，就是不給放。洗澡也一直沒熱水。服務人員態度差得要死。誰住誰後悔。好評絕對是刷出來的

權季和去年住過的尚客優其實是在同一處，還是原來那個漂亮的前台小姑娘，服務極好。酒店門前是個廣場，停車方便。衹是希望餐廳大姐能夠給失能長者多一些理解和包容。
