Marmur Luxury Room

I stayed in this b&b already in April last year and despite the "deficiencies" in the room (it had only recently opened at the time), the experience was positive: friendliness of the owner, cleanliness and comfort of the structure, breakfast included to be consumed in a nearby bar... In short, satisfactory quality/price). This year the situation has changed. Everything got WORSE. Starting from the total absence of the owner...(you can't deal with the customer only by telephone, using home automation to open the structure). There were several things missing in the room: face towels, toilet paper, coffee pods, a non-existent fridge, you can't place anything in the bathroom, from soap in the shower to a simple toothbrush, hairdryer detached from the wall; door with broken lock (I found the handle in my hands). Torn curtain. Comfortable, the mattress and the pillow (at least those). Breakfast no longer included. It's a shame to "betray" the trust of customers. Marmur Luxury room there is very little about luxury!

Posto pessimo. Igiene pessima. Muri sporchi. La cosa peggiore letto pieno di peli e capelli. Ho dovuto chiamare il titolare per farmi cambiare il letto. Che stranamente era comodo. Per finire puzza di fogna pazzesca. Aspetto ancora due euro dal titolare
