As others have stated it is very overrated. We found far better options nearby for our return to Lecce. Parking is a total nightmare. Almost impossible to find, expensive and inconvenient. The onsite parking site parking seems to be a fable. “Breakfast” is a stale croissant and a bitter coffee in a grotty cafe a km away. Poor maintenance and unpleasant manager. The shared entry to the room feels unsafe and a bizarre design.

This B&B is in the most perfect location for visiting Lecce. About a 3 minute walk from the gates into the old town in a quiet side street. We had prebooked the parking in their underground garage. Sarah was absolutely charming and helpful and brought our breakfast to our room each morning. The rooms are very airy and clean and the shower super powerful.

Great! Very spacious and luxerious appartment. Very clean. Right in the center of Lecce. All interesting places on walking distance. Great breakfast was included with every day delicious local pastrys. The host and staff were very friendly and took their time to explain the possible sighseeings. A real recommendation. Only small critism? The wifi got quite a lot of drop outs.

Pulizia, accoglienza e gentilezza sono i cardini! Consigliato a tutti coloro i quali vogliono godersi il Salento e vivere Lecce! Consigliatissimo. Tutto impeccabile. La colazione inclusa è ben assortita, una goduria la pasticceria fresca che comprende anche i fantastici pasticciotti.

Posto a breve distanza da Porta San Biagio, questa struttura a gestione familiare rappresenta un’ ottima soluzione per visitare la bellissima Lecce. La posizione. Come ho già scritto si trova a breve distanza dal centro storico ed è facilmente raggiungibile in auto. Ha a disposizione dei posti auto nel garage interno utilizzabili con una integrazione sul prezzo dell’ alloggio. Io l’ ho utilizzato e sono rimasto soddisfatto. La struttura. E’ posta su più piani ed è dotata di un comodo ascensore. La stanza era dotata di tutto il necessario e il bagno era di recente ristrutturazione. Soddisfacente la colazione. Pulizia. Ottima. I proprietari e il personale si sono sempre dimostrati molto gentili. Lo consiglio

Excelente servicio e instalaciones. Mejor no se puede pedir. Cerca del centro, a 200 metros de la puerta de San Viagio. Todo de primera, amplia habitación, todo limpio, el personal muy amable. Sin dudas lo recomiendo y volvería. Atención muy personalizada.

Hermoso edificio. Muy bien ubicado a 200 mts de Porta Biaggio del centro histórico y 4 o 5 cuadras de la estación de tren . Atendido en forma esmerada por sus dueños, una pareja muy agradable, y sus empleados. La habitación muy completa, limpia, cómoda . Con cambio de toallas diariamente. Y como un regalo un patio privado espectacular. Para disfrutar y secar ropa . Muy agradecidas de lao días en Lecce y en Il Cortile. Y el precio muy acorde . Desayuno en una bella patisserie a la entrada del centro histórico.

Appartamento su due piani molto bello e spazioso. Ottima posizione appena fuori dalle mura. Ora i punti negativi che non compaiono nelle recensioni precedenti (che comunque sono molto vecchie, il che mi fa riflettere): 1) difficoltà’ per il parcheggio che è a pagamento negli spazi blu lungo la strada (a noi non è stata offerta la possibilità del parcheggio sotterraneo); 2) la colazione non è compresa e va ordinata il giorno prima, pezzo per pezzo, con un supplemento di 10 euro a testa; 3) la cosa più strana: le pulizie non sono previste così come non è previsto il cambio degli asciugamani (mai capitato in nessun B&b). Mah???!!
