The location is perfect, right in the middle of the old town. Beautifully decorated and the breakfast is amazing (tea/coffee, milk, yogurth, croissant, mermelade, cereals and cake). On Sunday breakfast is served in a cafeteria 300mts but is just coffee and ham and cheese sandwich. Spotless clean, great and very hot shower. It has a fridge. Our room was the smallest one, the others are much bigger, but for us it was perfect. Easy to check in and Julia was very kind. Highly recommended!!!

Unfortunately, they were not friendly or helpful at all and were very rude. Moreover, they made us wait in front of the door for 1 hour, so it got dark and we could not visit the city. Also, although we asked for help with parking, they did not warn us that it is forbidden to enter the city center by car. They reserved a room for 4 people for 1 person and forcibly demanded an extra 100 euros from us. Although breakfast was paid, there was no breakfast, I took a photo when we left at 8:20 in the morning. The rooms were very cold, smelled of damp and were not very clean.

Charminc place in central Lecce
Room with old charm (but modern) in the middle of old town Lecce, close to everything. Lots of tasty breakfast served at the room. Julia was very helpful with everything, we arrived late but no problem after contact. The bed a bit firm for our tast, but we like it soft...

We loved our stay at Litium3! Clean, modern, well-designed and well-appointed bedroom and bathroom. Great location to explore lovely Lecce. We parked our rental car a short walk beyond the wall of the historic center. Highly recommend!

The bed was comfortable, and the shower was excellent
However, the place was damp, there was very little natural light, there was no heated towel rail, or places for towels, there was no desk to sit at, and only one uncomfortable chair. We felt that having to check in by phone and send passport details by WhatsAp was not very hospitable. Also, the courtyard area outside the room was quite scruffy and unappealing
