O hotel é bem localizado no centro histórico. Fácil acesso. Staff prestativo, gentil e educado.
A instalação é nova, bem decoradola e muito limpa.
O único inconveniente foi a dificuldade de estacionar. O hotel não tem estacionamento próprio e por estar no centro não pude entrar com o carro.

Beautifully restored building with only 6 rooms. We stayed one night as part of our tour of Puglia. We stayed in room 6, simply stunning, bathroom huge with double showers and double sinks. Carefully placed ceramics, clever bedside tables that pull out to reveal plug sockets, hidden tv. Lovely small rooftop terrace for breakfast. Don’t hesitate

Very beautiful hotel, unique style, very well decorated. Very friendly and attentive staff. The hotel is very well located right in the city center where everything is very close. The breakfast is very generous. In short, I highly recommend it, you won't regret it. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank the staff for these wonderful days we spent with you.

From the beginning, I knew this place would be special. Very good communication, helpful suggestions and delightful staff. Our room was gorgeous and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice on the rooftop. Very close to parking options and easy walk to center of town. We loved our stay.

The hotel is beautiful, but designed for form, not function. I found several things annoying including the lighting. There is an over abundance of lights and switches in the room, the private patio could not be used as the cushions had not been cleaned in a while, the rail on the stairway is so low as unusable. The bath was designed with dual showers and sinks. The showers are so narrow as to be difficult to turn around. The sinks are just basins with no counter space. The showers are below floor level, but the doors so tight to the floor as a mat is unusable. Parking is a 5 minutes walk and the hotel is a 5-10 minute walk to locations in old town. The location of the hotel is a bit gritty with an abundance of graffiti. The breakfast was strictly carbs, pastries, croissants, ficcocia and so on. Yogurt and fruit available too. I found the manager a bit off putting, like she was doing you a favor. Overall I fell there are better options at competitive prices.

The Hotel was lovely and very clean, but on the first night the window, being an Italian window and shutter wouldn’t close for us. It was a simple matter for someone familiar with the mechanism, but there were absolutely no staff onsite to assist! It was easily fixed the next day, but Lecce had strong winds and loud university students who disturbed our sleep! In isolation, not a problem, but we had to go to an early tour next day and the included breakfast did not start until 8pm. We were made to feel uncomfortable turning up at 7.58am with no greeting from the ‘older’ kitchen person who continued to put food out and just ignored us. It was very rude! Caterina, when she was there was lovely, but generally their customer service needs to improve! The place is not cheap, so they need to improve the client experience.

Beautiful, graceful, in the perfect location and brilliantly quiet. The hotel was more gorgeous than imagined and more welcoming than we thought possible. It’s perfect!!
