從火車站到住宿非常方便，衹要走兩分鐘。人員的服務很熱心。到金雞嶺的東門衹要走路五分鐘。有免費無限網絡。

十一期間開車去海南，本來預訂湖南省的酒店因為防疫政策不讓下高速沒辦法入住取消了，臨時定了離湖南最近的廣東省的店準備入住.可是因為從湖南出來的車太多了兩個小時還沒出郴州，就給酒店打電話説沒辦法入住，確實下訂單之後半個小時不能取消訂單，但是這高速我後半夜也到不了酒店啊.第一次是個小姐姐接電話，瞭解情況之後説可以問問攜程平台問問可不可以扣手續費取消，我也承認給商家帶來麻煩，但是防疫政策確實不能下高速，結果平台和店家聯繫的時候，店家拒絕了，和我説現在也不會空房也不承認了.吃相有點難看.
