環境很差 定的是有窗户打開的卻是鐵皮擋着的 床單很臟，都是污漬，枕頭上也有頭髮，枕頭還很爛，和前台要枕頭套就説沒枕頭套，要床單送來的也是臟的，，要毛巾也毛巾黃很爛，衞生不好就想着對付一晚算了，還***非常多蚊子，去考試定的酒店，一晚上都沒睡在打蚊子，打了有什麼七八衹，把頭唔住睡都被咬了一身包 ，真服了，牆上的標語也不知道什麼意思，第一次來到樂昌就遇見這種情況，唉，一言難盡

第一次給差評，這酒店服務態度差，相當差。上面寫着有免費停車，問前台車停哪裡，前台來了句不知道。一臉跟我欠她錢一樣，愛理不理講話陰陽怪氣。開了兩間房，一間打掃好衞生一間還沒有。我説有點垃圾，前台説對我説你要覺得垃圾可以不住。我是來住酒店的不是來受氣的

先説優點，前台服務還是可以，有什麼説什麼。但酒店設施實在是舊，地板翹皮、牆壁斑駁、浴室昏暗，整體環境介於青年旅舍和豪庭之間。希望修繕下整體設施，整個晚上被蚊子咬，儘管你們已經點了驅蚊燈
