Eurobuilding Hotel & Suites Lecheria

Probably the best alternative in Lecheria but it still has shortcomings. Maintenance of the facility could be better. Staff does not speak English. Deserves 8/10 but not more.

It is probably the beat hotel in Lecehria. Overall it is good especially considering the standarts in Venezuela.

Building is new and very attractive

Awful service and communication. Reservation done overseas, paid all fees in advance, including late check out through bank transfers as requested. At the time of check-in staff couldn’t find booking and we’re requesting further payment for late check out.

My room was a room for handaicapped people, good for these type of persons but not for me. Front desk should know where to locate people according to their conditions.

Very comfortable and clean rooms. The facilities are very well maintained and with very good architecture. Excellent location and panoramic view. Very complete breakfast. I would have liked the bar to close a little later. The staff very attentive and polite.

Excellent Hotel, view, service and food. I spent a week and every day was an excellent experience. The food at Aqua is incredible, specially the Paella Waiters are always polite and willing to help and give advise on the menu Rooms are comfortable and have a very nice view to the ocean

Management are laid back and walk the floors with coffee cups in their hand, I tried to book a convention and was told that "they" are in a meeting. They never contacted me afterwards during another 4 nights stay. Management does not care !!!! At the time there were not more than probably 15 rooms occupied. Front office does not speak English ( for a convention hotel) ! Over 8 months opened, they are still building !!! For a 200 plus room hotel there is only one restaurant for all meal services. The whole pool area is concrete, very unsafe for children with no "Non Slip" surfaces. In contrast, the food was excellent !
