Hotel with the best views in the Caribbean, incredible location, with a private beach. A very nice pool. The facilities show signs of wear and tear, but at the same time, there are hints of the grandeur this hotel once possessed. The room was basic and dated, with a good bed and excellent pillows, and old-fashioned furniture. The service was average. The breakfast was basic. Dinner was very ordinary with basic presentation. With some renovations, the hotel could be very good, but it is currently quite run-down.

Since I was 8 years old, whenever I came to dairy farms I stayed in Punta Palma, the last time was in 2014 and now 10 years later I found everything very bad, dirty bathrooms, a lot of humidity, they have not been modernized, for those rates one expects anything else

I stayed in this hotel, the bathroom was dirty, the people at the reception didn't know how to bill someone from rif G. I left at 0430. I announced it 2 days before and it was a tragedy. The treatment of people is terrible. They take too long. They definitely have to work more on the service that most of the staff offer
