The service provided is good at reception, but the restaurant service is terrible, it makes you not want to come back. The waiters serve very poorly, they ignore the guest and make the experience unpleasant. I would not return to this great hotel.

Terrible experience, the room had problems in the bathroom, the towels were very worn, and the reception staff was disrespectful, not to mention that when I complained, the security guard treated me as if I were a criminal. Very good hotel, comfortable rooms and good service, clean room and very quiet. I also liked the food at the restaurant. I ordered the chicken burger and it tasted very good. I recommend it for a stay in the city.
