Highly recommended, this should be regarded as the nine best hotels, easy to travel, and upscale, just renovated, everything is new, the room is well ventilated, very clean, the lady at the front desk is very welcoming, very awesome

是給家裡長者預訂的房間，因為看到有接站服務才選擇了這家。攜程的問答回覆有接站服務、評價的回覆裏也説有接站服務、入住前一天我還專門打電話到前台確認可以接站，衹需要提前半小時打電話就行。
結果到達樂東當天，長者電話通知前台，前台回覆説早就已經沒有接站服務了。
那不能接站怎麼不早説呢， 我提前一天確認以及攜程上明確的答覆，這樣算不算商家欺騙消費者誘導消費？跟前台理論，我説這樣我會如實評價，不會給好評的，商家是無所謂的，不接還是不接。
長者家第一次出那麼遠的門，我隔着千里重新再在網上查怎麼去酒店，出了樂東站有什麼交通工具。我衹能慶幸，改簽了航班，白天到達了樂東。要是晚上到達，再遇到商家出爾反爾，真是更加抓狂了。
關於其他，不帶情緒的根據現有了解到的情況評價，入住當天煙灰缸還有煙頭，位置確實方便並且鬧中取靜，沒有一次性拖鞋，每天有礦泉水，這個價格不要期望太高倒是也經濟實惠，沒有入住樂東別的酒店，無法對比，但是不如在三亞住的同價位好。

設施比較老久，該維修的也沒及時維修，大廳看着還過得去，一到樓上感覺到了弄堂，中間有天井，房間在四周看着不像酒店。唯一讓人欣慰床鋪還比較乾淨
