"The hotel staff were incredibly friendly. Although we hit a slight snag during check-in, the receptionist was extremely patient, explained everything clearly, and focused on finding a solution. They maintained a great attitude throughout, which earned a very high rating from me. The next day, the check-out staff were equally warm and helpful. They proactively assisted us with our shuttle bus arrangements, making sure our departure went smoothly. The hotel's front desk team deserves a perfect score. Unfortunately, the staff at the restaurant provided a completely opposite experience. The server was impatient and seemed reluctant to serve us. Before we even asked for the bill, they started clearing our table while my son was still eating. He had to rush his breakfast just so the server could take the dishes away, which made us feel incredibly rushed. To make matters worse, the server then brought the bill over without being asked. When I requested the receipt, they literally threw it onto our table instead of handing it over politely. It felt like they were trying to kick us out. What makes it worse is that there were only two or three tables occupied at the time—the restaurant was definitely not busy. For a 4-star hotel, I am shocked by this ridiculous level of service. The contrast between the excellent hotel staff and the terrible restaurant attitude was disappointing."
