"When booking this hotel while traveling at 2:30pm on a Wednesday we found it weird that they only had one room available on my BW app. It was for a double beds😳 When we arrived at 6:00pm, we were the only car here, I guess everyone else walked here😂 At 8:00pm a small van pulled up with some workers in it, they stayed up till 2:00am and was loud outside and through the walls. Room came off clean. TV didn’t work😡 No one here to fix it but one clerk at counter. Breakfast is grab and go Hostess donut items and some bagels🤮 Beds were comfortable. Air conditioner is one foot away from one bed, can make for a 🥶 cold night at times. Large parking lot😃 Area came off safe😃 This BW looks old and tired, NOT BW standards in our opinion. We are Diamond Select BW customers, this stay was simply disappointing. Parking lot still empty in morning, we are the only car😳 Plenty of hot shower water with great pressure! Love the BW towels no matter where we stay. This would not be our choice again if passing through🤫"
