Holiday Inn Express Hotels in Lee County

The hotel is very clean, the staff are all very helpful and friendly. The location is only 10 minutes from the beach and very close to Walmart or Aldi if you need something fast yet. The room, bed and bathroom were fresh and clean. Breakfast is included in the price and very rich. Every day there was fresh fruit extra here apples or bananas to take. The choice of breakfast is enough of pancakes, bagels, muffins, biscuits and sausage gravey, eggs either omelets, scrambled or boiled, fresh chinamon rolls, yoghurt, just enough. My conclusion to this hotel: I am glad to have found it and I'm glad to come back.

We passed by on a self-driving trip and only stayed one night. The hotel's facilities, hygiene and environment are all good, as long as the front desk is not satisfied. We arrived late, around 8pm. We booked two rooms with two names. The gentleman at the front desk said the order was for one room. Go over there and contact your agent. Talk to him in a polite tone. Very uncomfortable. Although the problem was later solved and it was a misunderstanding, we were still not happy. During this trip, we booked more than a dozen hotels in the same way, and only this one had this problem.

The room facilities are complete and perfect with complete supporting functions. There are only disposable toothbrushes, no slippers, and no breakfast. It is a very ordinary American breakfast, which is also very simple and ordinary.

The staff was friendly unpon checkin and the location was fine but my issues are the up keep of the roon.we paid 200.00 yes i know on a friday night and unfortunately the room lacked with maintenance.the tp holder was hanging off wall and stains allover the wall.200 for a friday night is still a rip.. Honestly the shampoo and body wash etc was a brand thats all natural.i asked for partial refund but was denied

The hotel is very convenient, there are many shopping, supermarkets and restaurants around. But the hot water in the room has to be put for a long time, the water is relatively small, everything else is acceptable, breakfast is generally the same.
