The room is big and clean, with TV, tea and coffee and everything. Breakfast is also good. All perfect! Strongly recommend!

Amazing experience, really worth the price. Nice room, clean and comfortable. Very convenient as it’s near the shopping area just 5–10 mins walk, and also right next to the train station. Just wonderful.

I was surprised to get such a warm welcome at the reception :) The hotel is new and clean, the rooms are big. There is gym and breakfast. I will stay again.

Honestly, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, and certainly not what I expected from a Hyatt.
Checked into my first room late in the evening, tired and just wanting to rest, only to find the shower filthy – dirt, hair, and even a half-used shampoo bottle from the previous guest. Clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. The bed wasn’t any better, with marks and hairs all over the sheets.
Asked to change rooms, and the second one was no improvement. Shower had hairs again (not great, but I thought I could live with it)… until I checked the bed. Blood stains, hair, and other unidentifiable marks on the sheets and pillows. Even found stickers stuck to the bedding. Completely disgusting.
Went back to reception to complain and the staff member spent about half an hour trying to find another room – which made me wonder if there were any clean rooms available at all. For a brand like Hyatt, that’s just shocking. Honestly, even a Travelodge or EasyHotel would’ve been cleaner.
To top it off, one of the rooms had a screw sticking out from a cupboard – a genuine safety hazard if you caught your foot on it.
