The room was clean but we discovered 1 piece of broke glass in the tray and had 4 late check out calls at my first midnight that made my partners could not sleep well but hotel provided us some compliments to make us more happy.

Crowne Plaza is well located for city centre. Stayed here with family for a special birthday treat. Hotel lovely and staff really friendly. Would definitely recommend.

We were able to check in early which were so grateful after our long journey.Staff very nice and friendly.Breakfast very good.Only wish there had been veg sausages as we do not eat pork.

Stayed for my business Travel. Hotel are strategically located and easy access to Train and restaurant. In term of room really good for business travel. Solid table and chairs for comfortable working environment in the room. In term of room service really bad. No response on phone call. They purposely cancelled out the call especially for enquiry with front desk and for room services. Really disappointed.

Crowne Plaza Leeds is an excellent hotel! It is comfortable, clean and perfect for business travellers. I would defintely stay here again

It doesn’t deserve the money paid for , if you are going for family break , please mind the children policy for using their pool
