As soon as you walk into the entrance there is a very strong smell of sewage, read in previous reviews so it’s been a problem for some time. Best thing about this hotel is the staff , breakfast is good , room service had was ok . I would not stay here again because for £190 a night I can get better in Leeds .

Gorgeous hotel, the room was very clean and had lovely little extras such as shampoo, conditioner. Very handy for the station. Staff were excellent

It was a truly magical stay. The bed, the bathroom, Breakfast and everything was amazing. I was so tempted to stay another night but I couldn’t. The man at the front desk I cannot remember his name was very helpful, the ladies at breakfast were very polite and helpful as well. I will be coming back when I stay in Leeds

As a first time solo female traveller, I was apprehensive at first. However, I need not to have been. Staff, were amazingly friendly, kind and helpful. At breakfast, I sat alone and a member of staff came over and asked if I was OK, and did I need anything. I just thought it was a lovely personal touch, especially nowadays, where good customer services seems to be a hard ask. This hotel is definitely recommended, and I will definitely be going back next time I am in the city. Keep up the good work!!

Hotel was a great location to the station. Room service took over an hour for just some chips and onion rings. The tv only had terrestrial tv as none of the casting options worked. Disappointing considering it’s 2025. The hotel had a strange smell at the entrance on arrival which was off putting.

Rirght in teh middle of everyrhing. Easy access to train station…

Comfortable and easy stay here. It’s tricky to find from the station the first time but just 5 minutes walk after. Well based to explore the Centre. Coffee bags in the room were an unusual highlight. Very comfy bed too

Very clean modern hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was beer good, a lot of variety and choice and well worth the £15.

Polite front desk, great breakfast. Good service. A great hotel and definitely will keep stay again in next trip in Leeds.

The hotel is conveniently situated near to the train station. We were able to check in before our check-in time. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were helpful and friendly.
