Very close to the university of Leeds, in the US-owned plaza & sky plaza dormitory area, life skills are perfect. There is a Nisa convenience store downstairs, and there are many Chinese foods, such as rice pudding, instant noodles, and red oil noodles. Morrison is a short walk away Such large supermarkets, as well as KFC and McDonald's, are very convenient! The heating is OK but not very smart. The room is large and the sockets are complete. In addition to the USB interface, there is also a TypeC socket, which is very suitable for Apple people! I hope everything goes well in Leeds, I hope you find your favorite house and live happily!

We have stayed here before as it is the perfect hotel for concerts at the leeds arena, literally a 2 minute walk, it takes longer coming down in the lift from our room than it did walking across to the arena. Staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was quiet and spotless. Our evening meal was very nice and a reasonable price. ( We got the meal deal) Parking was convenient at the multi story just a few minutes walk to the hotel and only £12 for 24 hours, but don't forget to get your ticket validated! Now for the 2 tiny *******. 1. The room was very good... except, there was a small table with 1 chair. It would have been nice if there where 2 chairs so my wife and I could have sat together. 2. Breakfast was very nice, except they need better toasters. They took FOREVER. Would highly recommend. Oh, one other annoying thing. As with many hotels, they use dynamic pricing, which means prices go way up if there are events on. Annoying, but the way of the World today.

Had such a great stay. Eveyday I was greeted with a smile by the staff nothing was to much of a hassle for them they went above and beyond. The rooms are fantastic can’t belive how beautiful they are and cheap Can’t wait to be back next month for a concert at the arena!

Overall the room and location were ideal. However they stay was ruined by the attitude of the breakfast host Jacqueline. Due to an error by the receptionist not putting as down for breakfast when we extended our stay. Jacqueline would not let us eat until after alot of going back and forth and showing her email confirmations to prove that we had been there for 4days and had breakfast and even tea there throughout the stay. She then let it know that it was an inconvenience to her to set up the till for me to pay.

Excellent large room,very comfortable beds and brilliant air con, haven't slept this well for ages .very close to arena and discounted parking makes this perfect for a concert stay over

Recently stopped at hotel, we arrived slightly early to hotel (2:15pm), we understood that check in was 3:00pm but like most hotels across the world we have stopped in asked if room was ready, rather than leaving luggage to come back later and was informed that room was ready for us but would cost us £10 to get room 45 mins early than the stated check in time. After paying £200 for our 2 day stay already and being told room is ready for us, can't help but find this as profiteering at it's worst. We refused to pay and went to pub across the road to give them the extra business but felt it was worth highlighting to others and advise to never arrive early to Premier Inns to avoid this shocking practice.

The staff were amazingly freind and helpful. The room was beautiful with a comfortable bed and I couldn't have asked for a better breakfast after such a nice nights sleep overall my stay was amazing and I will definitely be coming back again next time I need a room in leeds. Especially with such a a convenient location.

We have just returned from a stay at the Premier Inn Leeds Arena. All I can say is that it was a poor stay, with a lack of sleep and a poor breakfast. I am reaching out to you before commenting on Trust Pilot. When we arrived and checked in, everything was okay. It wasn't until later when we returned after a meal out that we noticed the foul smell coming from the bathroom, which I can only describe as a sewage smell. I went down to the reception to complain and was told there wasn't anything they could do at that time of night but a note would be made on the room. I returned to our room and closed the bathroom door but you could still smell it. Later through the night while trying to sleep we were woke by all I can describe is like a boiler firing up every 15 mins. I phoned reception 4 times there was no answer. We had no sleep, my daughter was absolutely shattered this morning. When we went down to reception all the young girl said was she would make a note on the room number. I explained I wasn't happy with that, she advised to contact the reservation team online. We then went into breakfast which all I can describe is a poor experience not the ultimate breakfast we thought it was advertised as. The hot food was all cold I asked the lady who advised it had just been cooked. It look and felt like it had been there hours. My wife ate nothing. There was no fresh fruit hardly any cereal. Definitely not the ultimate breakfast advertised. This trip was for my wife's birthday and it was ruined by the lack of sleep, poor breakfast and poor customer service. I will await for a response before reviewing on Trust Pilot. After sending this email numerous times. No reply from anyone

Had a great stay here! The staff went above and beyond the rooms were perfect and food was delicious especially the mixed grill. could not fault a thing! Will deffintley be returning here when staying in Leeds. Directly across from the arena so beneficial

The beds was comfy and amazing the room was excellent the purple light in the bathroom was nice and pretty and the bathroom was clean the staff was friendly the food was nice I would recommend staying here and I would definitely come again I loved it here
