Customer services was up to par, and the location of the hotel was honestly pretty wonderful-but the lack of amenities made the hotel nights kind of frustrating. This leads to the most prominent issue- the lack of a fridge; which in my opinion should be a common staple across all hotels. So although in I would still recommend this hotel to other tourists a fridge across all rooms is extremely recommended so guests could store a diverse choice of food and drinks that they desire.

The hotel is centrally located in city centre. Right next to the hotel is a shopping mall with Morrisons. Everything is within walking distance. Train station is around 15min walk. Room is spacious. Shower works brilliant. I highly recommend this hotel to travellers.

The location of the hotel is very good and central in Leeds City Centre which is what I wanted. The room was fine, the bed was very comfortable and I got a good sleep here, I couldn't hear too much sound from outside the room. Amenities were relatively basic, some tea (Yorkshire tea!) and coffee, the shower had body wash and shampoo provided but no minis. Front desk were always very friendly and helpful, I was checked in and out quickly. No issues, would recommend to anyone visiting Leeds!

The hotel is located very well, just near the center. The rooms are spacious, clean , very comfortable. The price is quite well. We would recommend this hotel.

Check was efficient, the room on first inspection looked good, the first problem the socket for coffee machine and kettle would not work, the reception team came to room 108, it could not be fixed as it was weekend. Due to socket which is also adjacent to mirror, was difficult to use hair dryer so far away. I would have also expected there to be hand towels in bathroom, also it would have been a nice touch for bottled water to be available as the weather was so hot. The bar and restaurant that is attached to the hotel, was very expensive, we only had a drink, but we had a service charge of 10% added to the bill, which i found rather odd as we were guest of the hotel, the hotel was in a good location for our trip to the Leeds arena, I also appreciate the discount of parking

Fabulous hotel near first direct arena. Small hotel, friendly service from staff, excellent location, clean and good breakfast. More upmarket than most budget hotels I've stayed in. Would definitely stay here again.

The location was right by merrion centre- easy access to eateries and Morrisons (a convenience store chain). Overall rooms were clean, and also had a little touch of Yorkshire details in them. The rooms had no fridge but staff was helpful to help me store my food in their common fridge. Processes were fuss free, near the Christmas market, it was a blissful stay!

Lovely hotel for an overnight stay. Really close to the theatre and city centre. Car park right next door and is discounted for hotel guests.  Room clean and comfortable slept like a baby.  We had breakfast which was delicious and there is complimentary hot drinks at reception all day.  All the staff were welcoming and helpful.

This hotel is such good value and the facilities are really good. The King room was spacious and nicely decorated. It had everything needed for an overnight stay, it even had an iron and ironing board. There was a Nespresso machine and pods, plus a kettle. The bed was large and very comfortable and the shower was lovely. It was in a good location for our needs and about a 15 minute walk from the train station. There are various car parks in the immediate area too. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

The value for money is not great, feels like I overpaid for the quality of the general services received. The room was very large and clean apart from the appliances (Nespresso and kettle filthy) and also hands towels were missing. The breakfast not as good as in others hotels of the same chain. Location and car park okay.

Really good hotel in a great area. Nice fresh breakfast, hassle free check in/out. Great Asian restaurant on site. Really comfy room and bed, had two peaceful sleeps. Complementary hot drinks, good places to eat and drink nearby. £7 in a Uber to Leeds train station. Dog friendly. Will stay here again.

Although the room is small and vastly different from the photo, it is cosy, well-designed, and compact yet functional. Everything is immaculate except for the shower. The glass panel covers less than half of the shower area, with no door, and does little to prevent water from splashing. As a result, the bathroom floor becomes completely wet after a shower, and there is no drain.
