The hotel is located in a large facility, so it is difficult to find the entrance. The room is a closed space without windows, and it is OK if you can only stay overnight. Breakfast was at a partner restaurant and the owner was friendly. You can see the Mayon Volcano from your seat during breakfast. It was a wonderful view.

Good accommodation The place is look like a ship, since it is near the sea I feel like I am sailing. The room I took is single and there is no window which I find peace and comfortable and soundproof. 🥰

Leaking air con that’s not even cold. Key card won’t open door. Elevator doesn’t function at all or only unreliably. Ants. Unwiped bedroom walls, gross. Can hear next room people. Hammers banging at 7 am. Can’t shower due to zero water pressure. The maintenance is putting in new flooring -great -but the fumes of the resin adhesive are nauseating. At first my stay was comedic but soon it became frustrating, annoying and just not worth the hassle. I need to mention that staff are friendly and seem to want to help but this hotel has so much disfunction that I can’t imagine it being a pleasure to work here with unhappy guests like me. I am not a complainer but come on - I’m talking basic requirements will satisfy me.
