Park Royal hotel Melaka is located near to Freeport’s outlet and A farmosa.Staffs are helpful and friendly.swimming pool is beautiful and big.View of the resort is beautiful too.Room is big,comfortable and provides toiletries.breakfast is delicious,lots of variety.Parking is free too.This is my second stay.Will stay again when come to Melaka again.

I stayed at PARKROYAL A’Famosa Melaka for one night over the weekend and had a good overall experience. I booked the Queen Bedroom that could accommodate up to four people. It also came with four complimentary breakfasts, which was great for our group.
However, the check-in process took around 45 minutes due to the large crowd — the hotel was very busy over the weekend.
Aside from that, the room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were well-maintained. The hotel is a good option for families or small groups visiting Melaka, especially if you don’t mind the weekend crowd.

Kids room was really a mess,staff sayin that will only be clean up at 5pm.
Never been to kids club that have environment as mess as that.
This is not 2@3 star hotel.
Even kids toilet inside kids room are so wet.
Bidet at my room also leaking and wet all floor.
Already lodge a complaint but no one came.
Surau didnt provide telekung,my big warm thankful to staff named JAY as he willingly borrowed me a telekung from his friend and sent it to my room.

Room wc got dry faeces. Table have stain marks, bathrooms glass door cannot close properly,there is a gap, room 3038 main wooden door cannot open or was jammed for a minute when house keeping came at night to send my drinks and snacks for fridge.
I have reserve a table for dinner at 6pm on 18/7 and was not informed that coffee house open at 6.30.despite checking again the day on 19/7. End up I missed entering parkroyal club lounge as thought the dinner at 6pm so no need to go there b4 6pm for a drink.
While waiting at coffee house, was told to show vouchers for dinner but check in by Daniel did not give me the vouchers or to replenish the drinks at my room fridge. The girl at reception around 6pm told me to go up lounge for my dinner without giving me vouchers. I have to showed her that I have paid for my dinner when doing my reservations and she has to check with her colleague before writing on a piece of paper to bring to coffee house.
After dinner I went to reception to show my entitlement for snack and drinks and was given an unacceptable excuse on why it was not given. I have to called from my room again to remind them to send me.
This morning while having breakfast I saw hair in one of the fried eggs at the egg station. When I told the guy frying eggs there, he just ignored me until another I chef came and take away the whole plate of eggs there without saying a word. Another guest who was besides me heard me telling them about the hair.Both dinner and breakfast there were flies hovering some of the food displayed.
It is truly an awful experience this time staying here especially spending more than RM1k for one night stay this time.
The last time I came last year I was impressed with the food served,that is why I come back but this time I am disappointed though some of your F&b staff are friendly when I complained to him last night on the dinner bookings.

The best hotel i've stayed in Malaysia so far. Great staycation for family. Excellent services given by all staffs. Kudos to all. I am really happy staying here even for 1 night only. Worth every penny. Enjoyed variety of breakfast served, rooms well cleaned, got welcoming drinks upon check in, warm and nice staffs all . Actually i am overwhelmed for their services. They really appreciate and values their customers. Thank you for treating our family so well.

Best hotel to stay on your short vacation with families. Near from KL. Quiet place. I would like to suggest to create a bigger playground area for kids with various play elements such as sandbox. TQ
