"The hotel is relatively old, but that seems to be one of its features. Parking is inconvenient and facilities are limited. I paid online through Ctrip when booking the room and put a credit card as a deposit when checking in. After returning home, I found that my credit card was charged for the room. After reporting it to the hotel, they replied that the money would be refunded, but I have not seen it yet; so I need to ask the credit card bank to intervene. The management seems to be inadequate."
