The water pressure was great, the HVAC system was quiet, I never heard it cycle off and on, the bathroom light was perfect for makeup, the mattress was comfortable and so where the pillows and last but should be first, upon my check-in, I was greeted and treated very well by front desk staff Kiana and Steven. I saw Steven the next day and he was consistent in that he was helpful and gracious."
