Lovely hotel in a great location with the city centre a short walk along the pretty New Walk.
The staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel was clean and inviting and has parking. Our double room was so comfortable and our bed felt wider than a normal double which was great. We had an iron & ironing board along with hairdryer in the room.
Breakfast was lovely, a mix of buffet and cooked to order with yoghurt, fruit, pastries, full English etc. Very tasty and service was excellent.
I would recommend this hotel.

Perfect location, near the train and bus stations.
Room was spacious.
Sadly the plug outlet charges my phone slowly, it took an entire night to charge till 60%

Very friendly service! Good, clean, and comfortable bed. Good shower pressure. Quiet. Nice breakfast!
Good valie for money. Would comeback to stay again if we are visiting Leicester again.

Loved this hotel was so reasonably priced was really pleasantly surprised beautiful clean room hot water was piping so was able to have lovely bath .. went on a freezing cold evening in feb but the heating was on the whole time was very hot and cozy .. lovely hotel would definitely recommend.. breakfast and all the staff excellent

Great location not far from railway station and De Montford Hall where we saw a show. Very polite friendly professional staff. Loved the huge room and furniture. Bottles water provided. No noise at all could be heard. Excellent tasty breakfast. All in all would most definitely stay here again.

It's a quirky place.
I've been there a number of times and I have got lost inside it every time.
