The location, facilities, rooms, and service were all quite good, but the breakfast was too simple. It would be better if some fresh leafy green vegetables were added to the breakfast.

The hotel is nice and Ty e staff is helpful, but if you are traveling by train to the city it might be a bit far from the station.

The hotel is conveniently located right in the heart of the city. The staff were incredibly helpful with their recommendations for local attractions. The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. Overall, this was definitely the best hotel I stayed at during this trip.

Great deal they have with high is parking for only £6 for 24hrs. Close to town and easy for someone who is driving to get to next suitable roadway

I’d stay there again because the bed was larger and more comfortable than the hotel I usually stay at on my annual trip to see family. Room was clean. The downsides: We arrived at around 11:30 and they wouldn’t check us in until after 12, I get that this is policy but other hotels in the city are flexible and we’d been travelling 20 hours. Also the air con in the room didn’t work and it was very hot for the UK so had a bit of trouble sleeping. They said they’d take a look and gave us a fan because I guess they couldn’t do anything but it didn’t quite cut it…

The room was clean and bright. The price was reasonable, offering good value for money. The service was top-notch. The mini-bar was generously stocked, but I resisted the temptation to use it. Overall, I was very satisfied.
