Ibis Leicester City

From walking into the hotel to checking in I was greeted by pleasant and nice staff, helpful and cheerful. Stayed in the bar for a quick drink before going to the room and the bar and restaurant was clean, warm and inviting. Was nice to see it being used by others staying at the hotel for evening meal.  Lift wasn’t working but the stairs to my floor wasn’t an issue, I travelled light. The room I booked was a double room, which was clean and comfortable for the one night I stayed. Perfect location by the station and close enough to the shops and bars in the city itself.

Very bad service the room wasn't clean there were hair in the shower tissue in the toilet on the floor.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service from the staff. The check-in process was seamless, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a spacious and beautifully decorated room. The room itself was spotless, modern, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly soft, and I slept like a baby every night. The bathroom was luxurious, with high-quality toiletries and a rainfall shower that was pure bliss. The hotel facilities were equally impressive. I enjoyed the stunning rooftop pool, which offered breathtaking views of the city, and the fitness center was well-equipped and spotless. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals – I highly recommend the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of fresh, tasty options. What truly set this hotel apart was the level of service. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. They were always available to offer recommendations for local attractions, arrange transportation, or fulfill any special requests. The location was ideal as well – conveniently situated near top attractions, shopping, and public transportation. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this is the perfect place to stay. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to the area. Five stars all the way!

Great Location and Value for Money Business Hotel is in an excellent location, making it convenient to get around. It’s a no-frills hotel but offers great value for money. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay in a central location, this is a solid choice.
