I’d like to say Thank-You to everyone here however two employees in particular; Michelle and Louise deserve a massive Thank-You and huge applaud to their hard work and dedication to making sure my dad was as happy as could be and had all the help needed. Nothing was ever too much trouble for either of them no matter the time of day or how busy they already were. Even down to a huge lovely welcoming smile and a wave when coming through the door each time to just asking my dad and I how we were and making sure he had everything he needed. Both Michelle and Louise definitely work harder than all employees I’ve had the pleasure of meeting while my dad is staying here and shine above the rest, you can really see they have the customers best interest at heart and really are a cut above the rest. Thank-You again ladies from both my dad and I, I’m really glad we both had the pleasure of meeting you both. From Martin and Sophie :) x

Louise and Michelle went above and beyond to make our experience one to remember- We will be coming back in December to this Hotel just because we felt so welcome not only at travellodge central but Leicester alone - Thanks again for making our weekend ❤️

Louise and Michelle were absolutely outstanding. Very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They have made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable. I have never had such a lovely experience as I have had at The Travel lodge Leicester. I wish you all the best for the future. Great service 100%

We accidentally booked it, However there were no regrets on our stay, we enjoyed it and we would like to say thank you to the lady who was cleaning the 3rd floor during our stay, she was excellent.
