The staff at the Voco were amazing. Very helpful. Breakfast has such a variety and was delicious. Queen room felt a bit small but I think it's to do with the fact the bed is shaped at an angle!!

The hotel's location is very convenient, and the Christmas decorations were beautiful. I only stayed one night this time and didn't get to try breakfast, so I'll have to give it a go next time. The room was a bit small but clean.

A pretty well situated hotel, although next to the hospital so ambulances running all night if you are a light sleeper. Otherwise it is a short walk to everything. The staff were awesome, super polite and accommodating. The rooms were well thought out with in built desks in the back of headboards and a small fridge for personal use. The thoughtful touches were fantastic and the bathroom products were top tier. There were two complimentary cans of water in the fridge, hot chocolate sachets and tea and coffee in the room. The shower was amazing with a waterfall feature and detachable shower head too.

A much better experience than last time. The staff were friendlier and more helpful, the room was much cleaner and was full of amenities that should have been provided in my previous stay, and overall an excellent experience and one I hope will be repeated on my next stay in a couple of weeks.

Comfy beds and good rooms! Staff was very nice apart from 1 who questioned me on checkout about how many breakfasts I had which I thought was odd! As the computer system should provide them with that information! The night staff and Rita were amazing always smiling and catered for me and my partner very well!
