The details of your feedback are crucial to our service improvement. The specific issues are explained below: 1. Balcony door latch: This part is subject to natural wear and tear. The double latches still ensure safety (the possibility of someone falling from the 5th floor is extremely low). However, based on your experience, we have replaced the part with a new one. 2. Hair dryer function: This is a bladeless high-speed fan with a detachable air inlet design (for easy hair removal), and it is not broken. During your stay, our front desk did not receive any feedback from you regarding a broken hair dryer, indicating that it does not affect normal use. Furthermore, no guests staying in the same room type reported any repair issues. 3. Bedside Lamp Position: The pendant light is located directly above the bedside table, at the end of the room's circulation path, 60cm above the bedside table. The sensor light strip under the bed will automatically turn on when you get up at night, and the lights throughout the room can also be controlled by voice. While there is a possibility of bumping your head, theoretically, you won't bump your head many times while lying in bed. 4. Air Conditioner Dust: The dust accumulation above the vanity mirror was indeed an oversight in cleaning, and we have improved our high-level cleaning standards. It should be noted that this is not the air vent location, but rather above the vanity mirror. During daily use, dust will not spread to the breathing area. Our ceiling height is 2.33 meters, and the top of this vanity mirror is almost at the ceiling. 5. Bathroom Mat Suggestion: The room is equipped with disposable bath towels, hand towels, and reusable disinfected bath towels and toilet seat covers (all free of charge). You can place the disposable bath towels on the floor. The bathroom slippers are also specially purchased with non-slip soles, but your suggestion of a floor mat is also very practical.
