I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and it was one of the best hotel i have stayed in.The room is very clean and spacious.The staff members were very helpful by helping us with our luggages and overall the atmosphere of the hotel was great.Thanks xiao han,xiao fan and xiao liu for helping and being very polite to us.In the future if i were to come back i would most definitely stay in this hotel again.

Beautiful room with incredible service – the staff is always available via wechat and even provided pick up/drop off service by car. A quaint and lovely spot with a magnificent balcony view and dedicated staff - thank you for all your help!

酒店位置絕鼎好，在半山中，從房內往窗外或露台外望，苗寨的日景或夜景盡現眼前！酒店雖然座落半山，上落苗寨觀光及用餐都十分方便！入住或離開時，酒店職負都會幫忙取行李及接送車到小北站，所以完全不用擔心行李上落半山的問題！酒店環境設施衛生，床鋪舒適，初時還擔心在半山中，房間被鋪會否因山氣潮濕而有霉味，但入住發現完全沒有這個問題！令人安心入住！瞓得舒適！酒店有提供早餐，早餐豐富及味道好！酒店自動將我們房間升級帶浴缸房，提供一次性浴缸套及玫瑰或艾草浴塩球，令人安心浸浴！一日旅程完結正好舒解疲勞，入睡得更好！酒店職員服務態度十分友善及樂於幫忙，入住前已主動聯絡，確保我們能順利入住！入住後又會關心我們的需要！總結：我們這次住宿體驗十分滿意！酒店無論在位置，環境，設施，早餐及服務員工的態度都值得给予讚賞，期待我們再來入住。

太驚艷了！雖然在山頂，我們大晚上驅車4小時到，帶着娃，提着大包小包行李，搶大吧，排觀光車，坐接駁車，爬200多層石梯，終於抵達，但是進門的一瞬間，所有的辛苦都是值得的。酒店很新，乾淨明亮，窗外風景絕了，能看苗寨全景！下山很方便，200多台階5分鐘就到還是中心街道。就是每天逛吃完爬樓有點累。幾個年輕的女孩和小夥服務非常周到，而且很親切像朋友一般，我們問題都細心解答，上下樓幫我們扛行李。早餐也特別健康，有蔬菜水果牛奶豆漿，麪條太好吃了！孩子住的超級開心，極力推薦！！！
