The location is excellent! It's right by the Observation Deck station, so no walking needed. The window view overlooks terraced fields, which is beautiful! The room is clean and tidy. The toiletries are Thann, and they provided Evian water, snacks, and fruit. The service was fantastic, very warm and attentive. Highly recommend!

Excellent service, great environment, and a fantastic location – I honestly can't find a single fault! They even provided snacks, fruit, and drinks, and the coffee was delicious. My kids especially loved the complimentary batik experience. All in all, a superb choice!

The environment here is very Instagrammable and beautiful. The butler service was also very thoughtful, and breakfast was provided every morning. We even got complimentary coffee vouchers and a free batik experience. I heard other guests mention a Miao clothing experience, but we didn't go because we had a photoshoot that day. Traveling during the off-season, the owner upgraded my room directly, which was absolutely fantastic. The room offered a direct view of the Miao village's night scenery, and there was an outdoor table where I could enjoy breakfast and coffee. We were having a great stay in this hotel, although the garden and some exterior required to refurbish, however the room is as picture (clean and nice). The hotel staff was warmly welcome us and included very nice welcome gift, and the hotel is just next to the lookout point. Highly recommended for those want to visit this village. Batik Craft Experience: Very memorable, and I made two handkerchiefs. Specialty Tea Souvenir: Very thoughtfully prepared. Minibar: The two coffees provided were a delightful surprise; the latte art was exquisite and they tasted delicious. Service: The butler service was excellent; they consistently helped us with our luggage. They even brought breakfast to our room, and it was incredibly rich and plentiful.
