If I could give these people 100 stars, I would! We were super lost at first, but we gave them a call and they met us across the bridge and helped us carry our bags up the steep hill, and then up the multiple floors of the hotel. The two men at the front desk went above and beyond to help us out — we accidentally left a phone on the train on the way to Xijiang, and we couldn't contact the train company because we're international travelers who are not fluent in Mandarin. They helped us contact 12306, file a lost item report, coordinate with the train company, and arranged for a courier to bring the phone from the train station to the village. We got the phone back in less than 24 hours! They were also helpful with local recommendations, and overall very patient with my intermediate level Mandarin. Very lively location, right above bridge #1. The room was comfortable and clean, and the view from the balcony was gorgeous. Also, they have a very cute, sleepy cat ＜3

The trip to Qianhu Miao Village depends on this homestay. It is next to the observation deck and the balcony has a 270-degree view of the scenery. In the middle of the night, a cat called and scratched the door, which scared me. I hacked the boss's WeChat and took him away immediately.

The hotel is located mid-hill with panoramic views as seen in my photos. Room was clean and service is friendly, there is a porter who helped to carry our luggage from the observation deck to the hotel after the shuttle dropped us off. The family room is very large with three partitions: kids room, parents room and a small living area with sofa and writing desk.
They also provide washing machine and dryer for self service. The aircon in the room provides both heating and cooling function which is very useful for cold nights on the mountain.
To get to the village Main Street where all the performances, restaurants and attractions are, you will need to climb down the hill and back up again to return. Hence it’s not advisable for those with very young children or old people with mobility issues to stay here.

Stay here for a night with 2 other freinds. We totlaly live this hotel and the super location.The view here's super! The location is excellent! hotel is just a short walk from bridge number 4. U will need to walk up a hill to reach the hotel. So travel light is suggested. From the hotel, u can walk up a few more steps to reach the top view platform to have a better view of the whole town. Was given a room at the new wing, everything was new. Room was big and bed very comfortable. If I were to visit again, this hotel will be my only choice :)

When you arrive at the scenic spot, contact the boss. The boss will meet you at the viewing platform and help you take the suitcase. It is 30m down the stairs from the viewing platform, which is quite close.
Originally, I bought a room with a partially obstructed view balcony. Because it is the off-season and there are not many tourists staying here, the boss upgraded it to a room with unobstructed view for free! The view from the room balcony is really better than that from the viewing platform! If you want to take pictures, you can really consider staying in an unobstructed view room. There are lights on the balcony at night, and the light is sufficient. It is very beautiful to take pictures of people. At the same time, you can also take pictures of the night view of the entire Miao village👍👍👍

The homestay is very close to the Miao Village West Gate Observation Deck. Enter the Miao Village and take the observation bus to get off at the observation deck. The boss and his wife will come to pick you up, and they are all very enthusiastic. The room is very clean. There is construction next to it, but since we are out playing during the day, we don't disturb it. Although it is very commercialized, I think the Miao Village is still very beautiful. When you go out to play, you can ask the boss which restaurant is delicious. We had a great time eating. The two cats in the boss's house are so cute, especially in summer. When the boss's family is not there, they take over all the reception work. You must also pay attention to the monitoring, because the cat food is not eaten in vain! 😆😆😆

The location of the B&B is very good. Due to road construction, we can only enter from the north gate. The distance is long and difficult to walk. The housekeeper picked us up and took our luggage. The owner also upgraded us to a view room. From the balcony, we can see the panoramic view of the Miao village. The price of a B&B in this location is so cheap, and the cost performance is super high.

The hotel just opened this year and all the facilities are very new. There is a large parking lot behind the hotel, which is very convenient. The whole house has intelligent guest control, so you only need to move your mouth and free your hands. The facilities and equipment are complete and they are all big brands. The hotel has a separate bathroom with dry and wet separation. It is very close to the Ximen Service Center and can be reached in a few minutes. The boss is very welcoming and feels like home. The first choice if you don't like to stay in scenic spots. The scenery is very nice and the boss is also helpful in solving problems. I recommend it to everyone.

As a B&B, it’s already great ~ The location is right next to the internet celebrity Pig Pen Coffee. The service at the inn is super good. They will pick you up personally and help you get things. The dozens of steps give you the feeling of going deep into the Miao village and breaking away from commercialization. The scenery is definitely the highlight of this B&B. When you open the window, you can see the entire Miao village and the terraces on the side of No. 1 Fengyu Bridge. Hygiene is definitely not comparable to that of a hotel. After all, it is a wooden house. Silence and hygiene are definitely difficult. The boss has worked very hard and there are already a lot of warning signs, so it's not suitable for those who really care.

The location of the inn is good, halfway up the mountain, facing the No. 4 Wind and Rain Bridge, the observation deck is directly below, the room is upgraded, personally think that the balcony scenery is better than the observation deck. The recommended restaurant is also delicious, went for two consecutive days, tastes good and cost-effective. In short, the praise, the parents are also very satisfied.

This is the homestay with the most powerful air conditioning that I have stayed in in Guizhou. The room of 30 to 40 square meters was instantly warm, and the heating speed was super fast. The whole room was warm in a short while. The hotel environment is good, the hygiene is very clean, the sheets and quilts are also very new, and the sleep is very quiet, unlike the wooden houses in the village with poor sound insulation. The guy at the front desk was also very nice. He contacted us in advance and guided us on how to enter the scenic area. He picked us up at the rural credit union, which saved us a lot of detours, freed our hands, and helped us with the luggage. If you have trouble sleeping at night and are particularly afraid of the cold, you can book their place directly! !

The boss is a real person and always considers his guests. He personally picked us up at the entrance of the village and guided us where to park for free. When ordering, we were afraid that we would order too much and not be able to finish the food and waste it. When recommending dishes, he only recommends dishes that he thinks are delicious. He is very touched and appreciates this kind of person.
Finally, special mention should be made to the craftsmanship of the proprietress, which is completely in line with our taste. The chicken soup is delicious, and the scrambled eggs with tomatoes are my children’s favorite. For three meals in a row, they must order the scrambled eggs with tomatoes to quickly finish a bowl of rice.

GGuest UserThis is a case when photos on the website are absolutely accurate. Rooms are beautiful , the view is amazing - the hiking to the hotel makes you sweat but it’s all worth it. Breakfast is very simple - only rice porridge , noodles and egg, but auntie is enthusiastic and refills you as much as you want :) I noticed some imperfections in the shower : the water wouldn’t turn cold , so feeling all hot after hiking I still I had to take hot showers . Also I couldn’t fill the bathtub because the drain seal wasn’t tight enough. I had to use the plastic bath bag (which I don’t like), to take a bath.
Overall great experience, we stayed 2 nights in 2 different rooms, both beautiful, clean and comfortable.

CCabimomdpStayed there for Chinese new year. The owner and his daughter were super nice! Note that the breakfast which was included was a bowl of noodles (which we enjoyed!). The room was like in the pictures and it was all clean and cozy! If you’re looking for a traditional place to stay in then this is a great choice, the location is good although a bit difficult to find at night. We had to leave a night earlier than expected and they were super nice and gave us our money back.

TTey katelynI love the view of the hotel, although some of the furniture's are a little bit torn in the living room but the ones in the room are clean and tidy !
The owner has a really cute corgi, and he's very friendly in guiding us despite calling him multiple times a day to ask him for direction , bus transfer, and luggage transfer.
I would recommend not to bring too heavy items like I did because the route to the hotel is a bit far and difficult until the bus station.
It's a really chill hotel that's near another viewing point for the paddy field . The design is good too!
Thanks to the kitchen , I managed to cook my own supper, and there's a convenience store right outside the hotel too.

Location: The location is very convenient. Take the bus and get off at the terminal (Changxiao Station), transfer to the sightseeing bus and get off at the terminal (No. 1 Bridge). There will be a guy to pick you up when you get off the bus.
Hygiene: windows are clear and clean
Facilities: smart toilet + bathtub + coffee table, great.
Taking photos: There is a public internet celebrity terrace where you can have a bird’s eye view of the entire Miao village.
The independent small balcony in the room is very effective for taking pictures and is worth recommending.

The key point is that you don’t have to compete with others for a spot (a great place for aerial photography)! Breakfast is also provided (it tastes pretty good)!
