Landal Sonnenberg

We had a nice chalet at the Landal Sonnenberg campsite. The chalet had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Everything was in good condition and clean. The veranda at the chalet was also lovely because of the canopy that came with it. Indoor swimming pool, supermarket with fresh rolls and restaurant with terrace within a 5-minute walk. Outdoor swimming pool 5 minutes by car. Everything really perfect for a beautiful holiday in the Moselle.

The laundry bag from the previous guests was still in front of the house, which was removed on the 4th day we were there. House was not clean, floors were dirty, dishes, utensils and pans had to be washed first. We did not open the curtains in the bedroom because otherwise the neighbors could see in. Many loose dogs in the park that were not monitored. There has been an incident with 1 loose dog that attacked our dog. The dog from the house next to us. After we complained, the owner of the dog came to tell us the story together with a Landal employee. This employee didn't say anything, only the owner did the talking. A bit strange. We left earlier because we did not feel that we could guarantee the safety of our dog, partly due to the lax attitude of the Landal employee. Ordering food via the app was not possible. You should also check carefully what you get if the snack bar order was incomplete. It's better to close the park shop, you can't even get a decent meal there. The fruit and vegetable cabinet smelled because there were only rotten products. In short, they will never see us there again.
