The breakfast is rich and nutritious! The parking lot is also free, the location is moderate, 20km from the airport, 20 minutes by car, almost the same as the city, but the price is 30% cheaper

I stayed here for business. One night in December 2023 and again in February 2024. I stayed here alone because... business. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good. Reception have been kind enough to check me in early on both occasions. Food in the bar is decent. Not gourmet but more than good enough for a solo traveller (and I'm a bit of a foodie). Staff are friendly and helpful. Their biggest asset is the barman. I don't know his name but he has a wonderful mustash. He is attentive and friendly which is very much appreciated when you're having dinner alone. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're in Leixslip.

This hotel has all anyone needs from a break away it is ideally located next to a lovely vibrant town with the train station across the road trains run to dublin every half hour and if u are visiting croke park for gaa or gareth brooks then the way to travel is by train The staff throughout the hotel in all sectors are very helpful and friendly. the hotel ambiance is excellent and the food is superb their inhouse cafe shoda does coffee and brunch all day i highly recommend this hotel for all visitors liam meade

The hotel has a good location, very close to the city center. There are three dissatisfactions: First, I booked a double bed, but it turned out to be two single beds pushed together, which was not as good as a double bed room. Second, the room is too small. You have to walk sideways and there is no place to put your suitcase. The bathroom is smaller and bumpy. Such a small room is only suitable for one person, but it is charged as a double. Third, there is nowhere to hang the washed clothes. There is no wardrobe, only a clothes hook to hang coats and hats. All in all, it was an uncomfortable stay and not worth the price of 1,000 yuan a night.

We experienced wonderful hospitality at the fantastic Carton House. Driving in via the long avenue, amidst golfing nirvana. Parking up and sidling up to main reception to be met by the charming greeting of Terry Moore. Terry walked us through the old house towards our lunch appointment at the plush yet relaxed Carriage House (golf clubhousebof sorts). I feasted on a sumptuous chowder with a main of steak sandwich and truffle fries. Afters of lemon and lime cheesecake. My other half enjoyed a super good salad with chicken and broccoli side. Then through to the Courtyard Bar for some elegant piano and accompanying live singer. A complimentary local Rye River IPA with gratis roast beef canape. Accompanied by a tasty flat white. Tremendous.

Wow what a pleasant stay. The hotel is fantastic. The room was amazing and clean. Staff are so friendly and the food was gorgeous. Drinks at the bar after dinner and a lovely sleep in a huge bed topped it all off. Would definitely return and highly recommend.

Lovely budget hotel about 20 mins walk from Temple Bar area. Upon arrival nothing was too much and a warm welcome from Diana , giving us a coffee as we had come in on an early morning flight. Rooms were clean and basic. Comfortable bed , lovely clean shower room with powerful shower. A bit tight for room but it was only a base to get our heads down and change. There is a vending machine for morning coffee … easy walk into town… just follow the tram tracks , and easy for the Guinness Storehouse and Jameson Distillery. Excellent value for money if you’re going to be spending most of your time away from the hotel , but comfortable enough to unwind for a few hours too.

Visited this lovely hotel last Thursday with my partner for one night, the only regret is that we didn’t stay longer , can’t wait to revisit. From the moment we checked in until the time we checked out . We couldn’t fault a thing. Receptionist on check in very friendly and helpful and explained everything to us . Got to our bedroom which was lovely and spacious and spotless clean . Decided to have some food in the main bar ( The Bistro) , from food to service we could not fault a thing . Well done to the chefs , mouthwatering bar menu, next time we visit we definitely will try the restaurant for sure . After the meal we decided to go for a walk and explore the grounds of the hotel to walk off the fullness from the lovely food we had in the bar , beautiful grounds and trails/ walkway around the hotel . After the walk we came back to the bar for some Lovely cocktails which were very nice . Breakfast the next morning was outstanding and plenty to choose from the cold buffet and the hot breakfast was very tasty and again outstanding service from the breakfast staff . After the breakfast we had spa treatments booked in and have to say one of the best treatments we had in a long time and again very friendly and helpful staff in all departments. On checkout we got in talking to the general manager Ger I think is his name who was in the lobby and happened to ask us , how our stay was . He informed us that the hotel was recently taking over by FBD hotel group and that they are in the middle of some changes. Very well done to Ger and all the team at Kilashee hotel , one Of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend this hotel for any occasions or gatherings.
