空調聲音有點大，其他都很好，設施齊全衞生乾淨。位置臨近杜甫公園和南正街，吃喝玩樂都很方便，獨自旅行的不錯選擇。

第一次到耒陽，感覺這個城市人氣挺旺的，大街上、公園裡都有很多的人在流動。選擇路過這個城市，一是沒到過，二是因為看到這裡是造紙術發明人蔡倫的故鄉，可惜的是這裏為了迎接衡陽市旅遊發展大會在這個城市召開，本想參觀遊覽的“耒陽市紙博物館”和“蔡倫紀念園”都在做提升工程而臨時關閉了。
耒陽碧珠賓館位置好找，出行方便，離南正步行街很近，離主要商業街區也很近，出行、餐飲、購物都很方便。
賓館不大，但感覺內部環境還不錯，有電梯，上下樓挺方便的；房間內部雖小了點兒，但也算乾淨整潔；衞生用具也齊全，還有純凈水贈飲。
停車就在賓館門口，車位不多。

房間好大的黴味。床單被子都是潮的。換房間也是一樣，衞生太差了！**服務員還難的換床單被套，寧可換房間（換房間不要動，還不用上樓，多舒服），可是每個房間都是一樣。已經凌晨三點了，沒辦法，衹能合衣睡。服務和衞生太差]

酒店在市中心位置,交通方便，滴滴打車很方便打了不一會兒就打到車了，過去了也蠻好找的。現在風格裝修,清爽舒適,房間採光也好，個人還是蠻喜歡的。工作人員服務挺熱情的，客房大姐做衞生還是很認證的有積極消毒住着很安心。性價比高，推薦給大家！
