這家賓館突破了我對賓館的多重認知，沒有見過這麼差的賓館：第一重，沒有電梯，要爬相當於四層樓，房間裏沒有贈送的瓶裝水；第二重，客房裡的設施破舊超出想象，門是破的，牀頭櫃和牆壁上滿是裝修臨時拆改的痕跡，熱水出水比拉尿還小，毛巾和浴巾是一次性的，空調衹有製冷沒有制熱，被子很潮；第三重，酒店管理之亂出乎意料，一進門就看到滿是黃色的卡片，長凳臟兮兮的，拖鞋居然搞出了藝術裁剪風。第四重，這樣的賓館居然收250元左右一晚。

老商務賓館房間很大，停車也方便，熱水充足洗澡舒服！我們的房間有窗户但很黑要開燈，隔音不是很好，半夜住店的人好多，説話也好吵! 樓層不高所以沒電梯！離茂德公鼓城比較近，這幾天霧大濕氣太重，想上島的來得不是時候！

進入房間很大的發黴味道，房頂，牆壁有發黴印記。最最不能理解的是有電視卻不能看，找前台説安排，但最後也沒有解決問題。服務意識真的不怎麼樣。

房間很大，停車方便，服務員態度很好，搞衞生的阿姨有求必應，這次入住很開心，雖然沒有電梯，但行李不多，住着挺舒服。

房間特別乾淨，圖片什麼樣房間就什麼樣。體驗特別好。樓下蘭州牛肉麪也好吃。床也舒服。這麼便宜的價格房間裏又能做飯又有冰箱的真的很不錯
