"Choosing this hotel was like winning the lottery. We checked in very late and were given a room with an elevator that kept making noise. We were moved to another room, and the moment we entered, we smelled a terrible stench. We thought it would dissipate after a while, but we were wrong. The stench lasted all night, giving us a headache. The outdoor air conditioner kept running all night. Because we had children and it was so late, we didn't complain. The hotel facilities are terrible. There weren't even any electrical outlets on the bedside table or the desk. How did they get a five-star rating? When we checked out and told the staff the room smelled awful, they didn't react at all. They must be used to it. See the pictures and videos."
