The value given is okay with price. The breakfast location at the top floor is very good as you can almost the scenery at 360 deg

Breakfast is very delicious in taste in Novena Hotel Bandung. Rooms are clean and hygiene. The Hotel provides facilities like Mini refrigerator, TV, Electrical kettle, Swimming Pool, Restaurant, Duct Air conditioning, Internet access plus room service is appropriately considerable. Considerable and suitable for couples and family visit or business visit. Forest and mountain side room view is great.

This hotel doesn't deserve to get the 4 stars hotel title in my opinion. The AC and the Water Heater doesn't work as well. The room and the toilet smell like a ****!

Pros : The hotel is good, the room is good, the food was okay. The location is great, you can visit some tourist places that near from the hotel, its saving your time. Cons : But there are points need to be improved/ noticed there are no hair dryer (executive double bed room) and the limited chanel tv and FYI for additional breakfast, for children, you need to pay 75k which is dissapointed because the menu are not that many 😁 It's our one night staycation overall was okay👍🏻

Lighting was very bad especially in the bathroom. Cannot see very well with those lighting. There were also unpleasant smell of mold in the room. But breakfast was good and receptionist also very kind and helpful

The room is big and very convinience ....clean . The price is good cause include breakfast .... The breakfast is delicious and the location on top of the roof is good .....

The hotel has a good mountain view. Service was good. The room was clean and spacious. I didn't see many people in the restaurant. But the good was quite good. They have pool at the ground floor. The breakfast hall at the top building so You can see the mountain view with the mountain wind too. There are many area for photo upstair.

Overall it's a good stay for 3 days 2 nights . Several things to note: 1. Long wait during check in, although already confirmed 2. Yes, it was peak season / full occupancy, but it should not be an excuse. 3. The hotel seems understaffed. 4. Ordered extra bed but I HAD TO ASK THREE TIMES until it got received. 5. Breakfast in day 2 was chaotic. Long wait. Very long to refill, even for water. 6. I WAS LOCKED OUT OF MY ROOM after asking to make up my room in Day 2. The receptionist did not give me a satisfactory answer 7. Disappointed at how there was only 1 card. So, everytime I want to go out, the electricity is always off. 8. They forget my slippers in Day 2. 9. Hot water on and off very randomly.
