It’s a budget hotel so against realistic expectations it is absolutely fine. Nothing especially outstanding but equally nothing wrong or missing. The location is out of the city close to an industrial area on a main road. As a consequence it’d be awkward to stay here unless you have a car. The car park is secure and large enough (no charge) and the hotel rooms, whilst on the small side, are adequate. The one aspect I wish they’d offer is coffee/tea making in the room; instead you have to use a vending machine in the entrance lobby. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The continental breakfast was great (unlimited) and served in a light and airy part of the hotel. Just be aware, you only get one pillow so for some this may make your night’s sleep a bit uncomfortable. However, the bed itself is pretty comfortable.

Stayed four nights internet is kaput or that is what staff says worked intermittently Fire alarm went off families outside for over two hours manager always claimed everything was outside her control Air conditioner broke during stay When issues brought up to manager she became very rude had to go to another hotel. McDonald’s next door for better service Manager could accomplish more by being nice I use to like this chain Too bad

Très décevant. Attention, les chambres ne sont pas climatisées (je n'y ai pas prêté attention lors de la réservation). Chambre triple minuscule avec lit superposé qui ne convient pas pour un enfant de plus de 12 ans: le dos de mon fils touchait le sommier en fer et ses pieds le bout du lit et pourtant ce n'est pas un gros gabarit (enfant de 13 ans, 1m56 et 47 kg). La salle de bain minuscule également est dotée d'un rideau de douche bordé de moisissures. La douche est très étroite. Nous ne nous sommes pas sentis à l'aise et avons passé une très mauvaise nuit qui était à l'origine une étape pour se reposer sur la route des vacances. Dommage. Cette adresse sera bannie de mon carnet d'adresses.

Bonjour, Ayant dormis 2 nuits de suite a l'hôtel ibis budget Chatellerault pour un totale de 120e. La responsable des lieux nous à carrément refusé l'accès au micro-ondes libre-service à 13h car il avait était nettoyer. De plus Cela a était dis de façon hautaine et aigri Du coup nous sommes partie ailleurs.
