Lengkong Cikawao Hotels

The hotel is a bit older but comfortable. The only minor drawback was that the rooms weren't soundproof. I had an issue with the in-room mini-fridge not cooling properly, but the hotel staff were incredibly quick to help resolve it. Kudos to the Savoy hotel staff! The location is fantastic, very close to Braga Street, making it super convenient to find food and plenty of supermarkets.

Spent several days here. It's a clean accommodation. There is a mosque next to the rooms and the room is quite noisy when people talking outside. But I liked the close location to Asia Africa. Lots of shops outside.

Lokasi best, dekat ke jalan Asia Afrika , Braga , dan alun alun cukup jalan kaki. Dekat Indomaret dan Alfamart dan banyak kulineran sekitar hotel

This hotel became a savior when I was trapped at the scenic hotel Collection O Lembang Near Dusun Bamboo Lembang (so hotel is not worth selling, however the price is super cheap) Thank you hotel capsule mypod room bandung. Friendly & agile staff, smooth wifi, room, shared toilet & clean bathroom. Drinks, tea, coffee all day can be made by yourself & bread. Location is close to street food, snacks and restaurants. Suitable for backpackers who travel alone

My room was great, with a nice view and a delicious breakfast. It was clean, and the international sockets were a convenient touch. However, my little brother had an issue with the air conditioning in his room—it wasn't cooling at all. He reported the problem to the front desk, and they came to check but claimed that this was the normal temperature for all rooms. Yet, my room was cold, and his was hot! Despite asking for a room change, they didn't offer any alternatives. As a result, he ended up sleeping in my room since it was cooler. We paid for two rooms but only used one, which was disappointing. Based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend this 4-star hotel due to poor service.
