Nice hotel and service is excellent from staff across of all duties. Being a tourist, I have to grapple with language and system differences, counter staff Mr Kukup and a young female counter staff Ms Nuansa (sorry if I get the name wrong) went out of their ways to help. I really appreciate that and they all gave Bandung warmth and hospitality. Thank you again.
I was too engrossed with the beautiful sceneries to take photos of the hotel and staff and these attached are Kawah Putih and the tea garden. Hope it would inspire more people to travel here and stay in this excellent hotel.

A nice industrial style hotel located not too far from the hustle and bustle of the city. Nestled in a nice area, not too quite but also not too busy. Suitable for a quick or long stay for both solo and couple travellers.

when I first booked I had requested a non-smoking room but it turned out I was given a smoking room so when I entered the room it immediately smelled of cigarettes and the receptionist didn't confirm that the non-smoking room was empty, they should have confirmed first
My car also suddenly got scratched because it was valet parking
But for the price, it was quite affordable, around 300k with a bathtub

Budget hotel location near the city center, quite clean, unfortunately the bathroom is too narrow. Parking is also difficult, you have to put the car key to the security to move in.

For those who like cats and if you really don't care about building conditions, this accommodation is in fact, recommended because the staff are friendly when it comes to cultures and a lot of cats will also warmly welcome you! :-)
