赫柏酒店的暖心生日驚喜
今年初秋，我因為工作被派到冷水江出差，恰好趕上了自己的生日。抵達後，我拖着行李箱來到了冷水江赫柏希音酒店。初到酒店，衹覺這裏出則繁華，入則靜謐，整體裝修設計以蚩尤文化為底藴，從酒店門景，曲徑幽深進入大堂，富有文化氣息的前台、筆墨、茶韻，處處透着雅緻。
辦理入住時，前台的小姐姐態度親和，不僅快速幫我完成了手續，還貼心地為我推薦了周邊好吃的湘菜館。當時我衹是隨口提了句今天生日，本以為衹是尋常的閑聊，沒放在心上。
進入房間，我被眼前的景象驚呆了。房間裡佈置着温馨的氣球，床上用玫瑰花瓣擺出了生日快樂的字樣，桌上還放着一個精緻的小蛋糕和一張手寫賀卡，上面寫着“願您在赫柏的時光如這秋日暖陽，温暖而美好，生日快樂！”那一刻，奔波的疲憊瞬間消散，心中滿是感動。
稍作休息後，我出門去附近的餐館吃飯。回來時，客房大姐正在走廊整理物品，看到我主動打招呼，還笑着祝我生日快樂，那笑容真誠又温暖，就像家人一樣。
早上，我在酒店的餐廳吃早餐。沒想到，全體工作人員一起推着餐車，唱着生日歌緩緩走來，還有酒店特意為我準備的長壽麪，上面用胡蘿蔔雕出了可愛的小兔子造型，那是我的生肖。餐廳裏其他客人也紛紛投來祝福的目光，那一刻，我這個異鄉人在這座陌生的城市裡，感受到了前所未有的温暖。
這次出差，因為赫柏酒店的用心，讓原本平淡甚至有些忙碌疲憊的生日變得無比難忘。此後，每當我和朋友聊起旅行、出差住過的酒店，這家赫柏希音酒店總是第一個被我提起，它用細節詮釋了什麼叫做有温度的服務 ，也讓我在每一次出行時，都對酒店住宿多了一份期待。

過去出差的，房間的環境還可以，特意跟前台説要想要安靜點的房間，前台説因為預訂的房型衹能是臨街的，給開了10樓的房間，説樓層高換上窗户基本上不吵，實際情況是窗户的隔音效果非常差， 特別特別的吵，早上基本上都被樓下各種聲音吵醒的，喜歡安靜的人建議要換個房型預訂。
