Boasting a prime location in the busy city of Lens and being a new establishment, expectations were met, so the welcome is the most important step: it was not missed with warm staff. No need to ask about breakfast times, meal arrangements, etc. The staff debriefs you upon arrival to explain in a short time how to enjoy your stay at the hotel. Double room reserved; it is clean, large and meets my needs as well as those of my wife. The comfort bed with double pillows was comfortable, no signs of bedbugs as one can sadly often find in surrounding hotel rooms. These small details allowed us to peacefully enjoy a well-deserved night in good conditions. Hearty breakfast with fresh products (toasted baguette, mini-viennoiseries, various types of coffee...). Nothing to complain about, the service for the location and the price paid is excellent. I highly recommend it."
