"Super pretentious rooms! Everything is controlled by tiny panels on the walls: black panels, black walls!! In semi darkness (that’s as good as it gets!) you are supposed to be able control bedside lights, blinds, curtains and more… what a waste of time, money and effort! People want to settle in their room quickly and efficiently, not spend half an hour getting nowhere! The ‘mini bar’ is, as everywhere else, warm. Don’t think you can enjoy a cool drink from there! When asked at reception why this was she said : ‘ it’s the same everywhere’! Ah, well, if it’s the same everywhere let’s not make an effort and stand out from the crowd hey?!!! The garage is fun; you drive your car into a lift!! Apart from that, hotel is clean. Nothing special ."

"The Balneario is an amazing place, it is well located at the Babia and Luna National Park with many places to visit and enjoy nature, then you can enjoy the thermal waters at the hotel, the staff is super nice, we will be coming back hopefully, we recommend this location very much "

"The hair dryer was different from what I expected, so I asked at the counter and they lent me a regular hair dryer. They were very kind. However, as it is an old building, there were some places that were not clean. Considering the price, it was okay. It is good for a short stay. Toothpaste and toothbrush are not provided, so you can bring your own or buy them at the nearby Dia."
