"It’s great combination of price and quality. We like: 1) very quite rooms for nice sleep and 100% noise free despite location next to highway, 2) good hot water, which can be a problem in the country, but not in this hotel, 3) breakfast, which is not big, but has everything you need (check pictures), 4) friendly reception. Only problem was an elevator in the hotel (actually both elevators were problem), which wasn’t solved while our stay. Nice place!"

"We stayed here July 14-16 even though we booked for July 14-17. At check-in, the front desk wanted to charge my credit card for the room, despite my having paid in advance on *******. The employee insisted it was not paid. I showed her our receipt from ******* and immediately she saw in her system that it was paid. We were unable to use the pool or jacuzzi for the entire time we were there. The front desk said it was closed for chemicals and cleaning. It was covered and unusable the entire time. We were relaxed in our hotel room on our second night and I received a call around 11pm on my cell phone from a León number. It was a man saying he was from the front desk of ALT Urbana. He addressed me by my full name. No one knew my full name or cell phone number in León except the hotel. He said there was a car with illegal items outside the hotel and the police were going to come and knock on our door. The hotel has a light outside of each room It is illuminated if there are guests staying in that room. That is not a safe practice. We no longer felt safe at this hotel and checked out one day early to go to a different hotel. When we checked out, a different person at the front desk wanted to charge my credit card for "the extra night" despite we were leaving a day early and despite the fact that we paid for our hotel in advance on *******. She insisted on charging my credit card. I showed this employee our receipt from ******* and immediately she found in her system that everything was paid. I asked for a refund for the night we did not stay because we did not feel safe here, and it was denied. I can not recommend this hotel. The advertised amenities aren't available, IT IS NOT SAFE, they use your personal information for questionable activities, and they try to charge you additional even though everything is already paid. DO NOT STAY HERE!"

"The staff were very attentive and friendly, as always. The facilities were very clean and the location was excellent. However, there were two issues: one of the three elevators was out of order. On Saturday, check-in was supposed to be at 3 PM, but because there was an event and I assume the hotel was fully booked, we waited in line for over 40 minutes just to get our rooms, as there were only two people at the front desk. Both of these situations could have been prevented. It seems like they've either cut down on staff or perhaps they don't value queueing theory studies. I hope they return to their usual concern for quality service."

"Several years I stayed in this hotel. Now everything changed. It is much better. While the WIFI connection is not so good, and in the midnight there are annoying noises. And for us, the most important thing is there is no one speak English! Anyway, it is better compared with others"

"I stayed this hotel four years ago, it is really nice at that time. There is someone who can speak English While this time, I feel not so good. So I changed the hotel, the room is with a bad smell around the bed area. And the water is not so hot. All the equipments lack of maintenance!"

"The room has a good design and a relatively large area. There is a Japanese restaurant opposite and is relatively close to the exhibition. It still takes dozens of kilometers to get to the city of Leon. There are some ancient buildings in the city that are worth visiting."
